CAN I PAY DEPOSIT AND & PAY THE BALANCE ANYTIME WITHIN THE DURATION OF TENURE
Yes,but payment must be made on a monthly (negotiated term) bases without default within the stipulated period of time.
IS THERE A RESTRICTION TO THE TYPE OF BUILDING I CAN BUILD?
Yes.You are limited to build the approved designs as regulated by Development Control Department of FCTA
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMMENCE WORK ON MY LAND AFTER ALLOCATION
Clients are encouraged to take possession and develop their plot within Six (6) months of allocation in other to control weeds.When the land is left unkempt,we will clear such plot(s) and expense incur in clearing will be transferred to the client.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT
All payments should be made only in favour of Capital Metropolis Synergy Limited, A/C No:17711750371, Skye Bank.Submission of application form shall be accompanied by the sum of N10,000 (Non-Refundable)
WHAT DO I GET WHEN I MAKE THE INITIAL PAYMENT
You will be provided with an invoice receipt and Deed of Contract.
REFUND ON ABORTED/CANCELLED/REVOKED TRANSACTIONS
Refund will be done upon the resale of the property to another client which may be presented by client concerned
